With over 20 year experience in the area of recruiting RSC has solid track record of helping student athletes take their game to the next level. RSC offers more services, individualized for the athlete, at a better value (with payment plans) than any of the large Internet recruiting services. We are not the biggest but we are absolutely the best for athletes in NW Florida, SW Alabama, and Mississippi. And the results speak for them self. If you are looking for a company that is not just a voice over the phone and won’t make promises they can’t keep, treat you with respect and will not use high pressure sales tactics then I would welcome a chance to meet with you to discuss what I can do for your son or daughter. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions

Born and raised in Pensacola, Ricky played little league baseball all the way through high school ball. After high school, Ricky spent 4 years in the Marine Corps and was honorably discharged. Following his military career, he spent 5 years building race and high-end performance cars including time with NASCAR legend Bobby Allison.
It was after that Ricky started his greatest job and that was being a dad to his two children, Charlotte and Preston, who played softball and baseball through high school. His son’s baseball team won the Florida State Championship. Ricky spent several years coaching both softball and baseball at many different levels. When his son was 11, Ricky served as the tournament director for one of the first travel baseball teams in the Pensacola area. He helped raise money and with scheduling of tournaments, hotels and travel. For several years, Ricky held a board position at North East Pensacola Ball Park (NEP) as well as serving years on the High School Baseball Boosters and Quarterback Clubs. Sondra is a Pensacola, Florida native and grew up around sports. At the age of 5 she picked up a bat and fell in love with the sport of softball. Her love for sports continued throughout her high school career as she lettered in both softball and volleyball for Escambia High School. Sondra’s natural athletic ability enabled her to make the transition from slow pitch softball to fast pitch her junior year in high school. She discovered a natural ability as a fast pitch catcher and exceled at that position. Sondra played summer travel ball for Southern Impact under Coach Jack Byerly who led Robertsdale High School to back to back state softball championships. Byerly went on to coach at the college level with stints at the University of Florida and Auburn University. Her success as a fast pitch player allowed her to obtain a college athletic scholarship and play at the Division II level. Sondra continues to lead an active life style and has competed in many local races, half marathons, a triathlon and a Tough Mudder. You’ll usually see her downtown participating in a running club every week. Sondra graduated with a degree in Management Information Systems and is employed at a local engineering firm as an Engineering and Multimedia Specialist. Rachel was born and raised in Pensacola and returned home two years ago with her husband Greg to set up their empty nest. In the years between, she earned a degree in Political Science and English from the University of South Alabama, moved to DC upon graduation, and became the director of Fitness for the University Club of Washington. She remained in the fitness and sport sciences field as a certified professional for twelve years collectively, working with a diverse catalog of clients from Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia to high school sports athletes and teams (baseball, volleyball, lacrosse, etc.). Personally, Rachel has been a life-long athlete, playing tennis, golf, and beach/indoor volleyball, along with participating in triathlons and marathons both in the US and Europe. She is currently running even more now, just trying to keep up with their new puppy.
When their daughter Bayley came along, Rachel transitioned to working in the publishing world as both an editor and writer for newspapers, magazines, and international trade journals. In the meantime, the McMenimens moved to Germany to live for the bulk of 2006-2013 and enjoyed traveling all over Europe and parts of Africa. Bayley began her volleyball career in Europe. playing on a German team that competed regionally and internationally. The family returned to Niceville, FL, in 2013 and began the transition to the American beach and indoor volleyball life, becoming clients of RSC in 2014. Rachel continued her writing and enjoyed playing a supporting role for the teams and programs that Bayley was part of through the years, who ultimately committed to Minnesota Volleyball in 2016. After moving to Pensacola to start that aforementioned empty nest in the summer of 2018, Rachel continued for the next two years to be a part of volleyball in the Gulf Coast Region as an administrator and tournament director for the West Florida Waves Volleyball Club. Rachel is thrilled to now join the team of professionals at RSC and is excited to use her experience and perspective to help student-athletes achieve their goals of playing volleyball at the next level. |

Born and raised in Mobile, Alabama, Mattie developed a love for sports, particularly the game of volleyball, at an early age. In 2012, she graduated with honors from Baker High School where she lettered in volleyball for the hornets for three years. In 2011, she was awarded the Mobile Press Register’s Volleyball Player of the Year. She was also chosen as the MVP of the 2011 Alabama North-South All-Star game. From 2008-2012, She played at Mobile Storm Volleyball Club, where she attributes much of her knowledge in game strategy and technique to the outstanding coaches she played for through Storm. In the summer of 2010, she also played for the Pensacola Lizards Volleyball Club. Mattie is also a graduate of The University of Alabama where she earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Mathematics and minored in Human Development as a student-athlete. She received a full athletic scholarship to play for the Crimson Tide volleyball team. She competed for the Tide for two years before her final on court appearance in 2014 due to a career ending knee injury. She then finished her career at Alabama assisting her teammates from the sidelines. It was during these times that Mattie discovered her passion for coaching others to reach their full potential in not only volleyball, but in life. She understands the strategies behind success on and off the court, values the individual players goals, and has a passion for investing her time in her players in order to be successful. Today, Mattie lives in Mobile with her husband, Coy, their adorable son, Luke, and their french bulldog, Duchesse.
